Royal T M M Travel And Tourism L.L.C aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any booking.

Tour Cancellation by the Customer

⦁ Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour date: Full refund (excluding payment gateway fees)
⦁ Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior: 50% refund.
⦁ Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows: No refund.

Tour Cancellation by Company

If the tour is cancelled due to weather, technical reasons, or government restrictions, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Visa Services

⦁ Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted to immigration.
⦁ Delays or rejections by immigration authorities are beyond our control and non-refundable.

Hotel & Transport Bookings

⦁ Refunds for third-party bookings (hotels, airlines, transport) are subject to the partner's policy.
⦁ Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original method of payment.
